This Privacy Policy governs the privacy policies of the digital products and services offered by My Circle, LLC d/b/a Eljo ("Eljo," "we" or "us"), including the Eljo application (including any related service, feature or functionality) (the "App") and any products or services of Eljo that display this Privacy Policy (collectively with the App, the "Services").
We recognize that many people are concerned about the information that they provide to us or that may be collected, and how we treat that information. In order to address those concerns we have developed this Privacy Policy.
By using the App and the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. However, as noted below, you may opt out of some of the provisions in this Privacy Policy by sending an email to support@Eljoapp.com.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Through the Services and third-party service providers, we may collect both personally identifiable information ("PII") and non-personal information from and about you, as follows:
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
We may collect PII such as your name, email address, phone number, password, birth date and location when you register to use the App or other Services.

- Circle name
- Circle description
- Circle settings
- Circle members (users who accept an invite to join a circle)
- Invited users
- Messages (posts) posted to circles
- Media (photos/videos) posted to circles
To the extent that other users in the chats post information about you, we may collect that information as well.
Direct Message (DM) Information
If you send direct messages through the Services, we may collect information in and about those messages, such as:
- Messages sent in DMs
- Media sent in DMs
Correspondence with Us
If you contact us, such as with questions or customer support requests, we may collect PII about you, including your contact information and identifying information, and may collect non-personal information in order to assist you.
Purchase Information
In the event that the Services allow for purchases, then Eljo, its service providers and/or the sellers or delivery companies may collect your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information and other information to fulfill the purchase and delivery.
Contact List
Users may be asked whether they want the App to have access to their contact list in their mobile device or otherwise. To the extent that the user agrees, then contact information from that list may be collected by us.
Automated Non-Personal Information
We may automatically collect certain information about the user's device and usage of the Services (such as Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device type, operating system, browser type, app usage data, geolocation and unique device ID). While this information by itself is not personally identifiable, it may be used to identify someone when combined with personally identifiable information.
Third Parties
Some elements of the Services are provided by third parties. In particular, the Services use Firebase Authentication to help authenticate the users, among other things, and ConnectyCube to store information, among other things. Refer to these third-parties' privacy policies to determine if they collect any personal or non-personal information not listed above. These third parties may share the information that they have collected with us and vice versa.
Methods of Collection
User Input
Most, if not all, of the personally identifying information (PII) we collect is provided by users of the Services themselves:
- Users are required to enter PII (such as name, email address, phone number, password, birth date and location) during registration for use of the Services.
- Users can optionally update their user profile with additional information.
- Messages and media (including images of yourself or others) are manually added by users.
- Circles are created by users (user can set name, description, add members, and update settings).
- In some instances, other users will submit PII about you, such as using your name in chats/circles or posting photos with your image in them.
- Users may be asked if they want to provide access to their contact lists in their mobile device or other devices. If the user agrees, then PII and other information may be collected by us or our service providers from such contact lists. Users may also be asked if they want to provide access to their device's geolocation. If the user agrees, then the location of the device will be collected.
- In the event that the Services offer purchases, you will be required to submit PII (such as your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information) to allow for effective purchase and delivery.
Automatic Collection
Device and usage information may be collected automatically by us or third-party service providers (such as Firebase Authentication and/or ConnectyCube). Refer to these services' privacy policies to determine if any automated information is collected. The geo-location of your mobile device may be collected automatically. If you do not want us to collect your geo-location from your mobile device, you may turn off the location services in your device settings. Non-personal information may also be collected in the Services by "cookies" (small text files placed on your device's hard drive), "pixels," or other technology. If you do not wish to have us or our third-party service providers collect and use information collected from cookies or similar technology, you should disable cookies on your computer/device and/or change your "privacy" preferences in your "Settings." We do not currently respond to web browser "do not track" signals or other similar mechanisms.

Combination of PII and Non-Personal Information
PII and non-personal information about you and/or other users may be combined in some instances by us or third-parties.

If you open an account to use the Services, then a user profile will automatically be created containing some or all of the personally identifiable information that you submit to open the account. One purpose for use of the Services is networking with other users, so some or all of the personally identifiable information in your profile will be available to be viewed by other users of the Services. We may display the information in your public profile to other users of the Services, including without limitation through any sharing, following and searching features of the Services. If we receive your personally identifiable information from a third-party service provider, then we may use the information to contact you and to assist in performing the service for which you have registered with the third party. We may also use your personally identifiable information to assist in delivery of content that is customized to your interests.
If you purchase products or services through the Services, then your credit card information and personally identifiable information relating to the purchase (such as your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address) may be delivered to or collected by the seller of the products, the delivery company and the credit card processing company(ies). Eljo will not publicly post your credit card information or use it for any purpose other than to process your order.
In addition to the uses listed above, we may use your personally identifiable information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts or those of our service providers, as part of a statistical usage analysis, and/or to improve the features and content of the Services. In so doing, we may also provide your personally identifiable information to our users or service providers for use in connection with the Services. Other than your credit card information and account password, we may provide your personally identifiable or non-personal information to third parties for their use consistent with their privacy policies. We do not collect personally identifiable information on an automatic basis, but we may combine non-personal information (which may be automatically collected) with your previously collected personally identifiable information. In the event of a sale of some or all of our company, we may sell your personal and/or non-personal information as part of the sale. Further, we may use your personally identifiable information as set forth elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, but we will not provide your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.
Non-Personal Information
We may use your non-personal information to improve the features and content of the Services, improve our marketing and promotional efforts or those of our service providers (or sponsors, if any), as part of a statistical usage analysis, and/or for other purposes to assist our business or the businesses of our users or service providers (or sponsor, if any). As set forth herein, we may use cookies, pixels and other technology to help us recognize your computer/device and help us understand where you go and how much time you spend there and to deliver content that is customized to you. We may share such non-personal information with third parties including our users and sponsors. Further, we may use your non-personal information as set forth elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, but we will not provide your mobile phone carrier information or device type (Apple iPhone, etc.) to third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.
Account Verification
Phone number and email verification is done during account registration (currently using Firebase Authentication's MFA). Phone number and/or email verification is required to complete registration and email verification is required before a "forgot password" email can be sent.
